A one time individualized plan is generated for you to achieve your goal.
First, we will discuss your training goals and current performance level. Then an individualized plan will be developed. Lastly, we will review this plan together so you can understand the plan, provide any feedback, and any necessary adjustments to the plan can be made.
The plan is yours to follow on your own. Continual support is not provided.
An individualized plan is drafted in monthly blocks. At the end of the month we will discuss your progress over the past month and then the following month's plan will be developed.
I am available for questions and feedback during the month.
An individualized plan is drafted in bi-weekly blocks. I continuously monitor your progress through out the month adjusting your plan to stay current with your progress.
